Cancellation Policy

Visuals2Adore Photography Booking & Cancellation Policy At Visuals2Adore, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below. Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your session. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to two (2) times. All rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you exceed two reschedules, your booking fee will be forfeited. Session Upgrades Sessions may be upgraded on the day of your booking for an additional $25 upgrade fee. All upgrades are subject to availability. Respect for Time To ensure sessions remain on schedule, a $1 per minute late fee will be applied for late arrivals. We will make every effort to accommodate and keep you comfortable during your session, while respecting the schedules of other clients. Client Comfort Your comfort is a priority. Breaks, adjustments, and accommodations will always be made during your session to provide the best experience possible.
